  • Overseeing delivery models, logistics, resources, pricing and budgets to support effective and financially sustainable delivery.
  • Leading and developing four specialist learning leads, setting clear priorities and building an accountable and collaborative culture.
  • Working with colleagues, subject experts, tutors, partners and external providers to improve and extend our learning offer.
  • Owning quality assurance and the learner experience across content, delivery and learner journeys.
  • Using data, feedback and insight to understand reach, quality, impact and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing sustainable value through product packaging, partnerships, sales and income generation, while keeping learning accessible.
What are we looking for?
  • Strong expertise in learning design and product development, including digital, face to face and blended learning.
  • Experience taking learning products from an identified need through development and implementation to evaluation and improvement.

  • Experience planning and delivering learning products across different audiences, locations or channels.
  • Strong operational and commercial judgement, including delivery models, resources, pricing and budgets.
  • The ability to assess audience demand, delivery costs and product potential, focusing effort where it will create the greatest impact and value.
  • The ability to balance accessibility, learning quality, learner needs and financial sustainability.
  • Proven experience of leading, managing and developing people.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to listen, challenge constructively and shape practical solutions.
  • Experience of quality assurance, evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Identifying new audiences and commercial opportunities, using insight to shape products, partnerships and routes to market that grow reach and sustainable income.

It would be beneficial to have experience of learning management systems, customer relationship management systems, booking platforms or other digital delivery models. Commercial experience covering product packaging, partnerships, marketing, sales or income generation would also be valuable.
