Job summary

The Air Ambulance Service is seeking a Learning Specialist in Rugby, Warwickshire to design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives for staff and volunteers. This hands-on role requires collaboration with the People and Culture Team to drive capability and leadership development.

Responsibilities include managing the LMS, analytics, and ensuring compliance while embedding learning into organisational change.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning programmes for diverse audiences.
• Ability to evaluate learning impact and demonstrate outcomes.
• Knowledge of leadership, talent and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to identify learning needs and deliver capability development.
• Design, deliver and evaluate engaging learning programmes using varied methods.
• Develop learning content and LMS materials to support capability.
• Support leadership, talent, succession, apprenticeship and career development initiatives.
• Embed learning into change and transformation programmes.
• Maintain LMS, training records and compliance.
• Evaluate learning impact and use insights for improvement.
