Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a teaching or training role.
• Ability to teach effectively and adapt to various learning styles.
• Experience with DSAT / ADDIE or similar design processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps.
• Develop individualised training plans based on identified needs.
• Deliver high-quality training and assess employee performance.
• Review and improve training programmes based on feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in training.
