Job summary

The Salvation Army UK and Ireland Territory seeks a Learning and Development Partner to embed a culture of learning across the organisation, supporting officers and employees across the UK and ROI. The role involves UK-wide travel including regular visits to William Booth College in London, with a fleet car provided.

You will provide expert L&D guidance, identify learning needs, and design/coordinate programmes, workshops and coaching while upholding the organisation's Christian ethos and values.

Qualifications

• Professional L&D qualification with active CPD commitment.
• Experience delivering learning initiatives including needs analysis, delivery, evaluation, and use of external providers.
• Ability to lead and promote Christian values as part of learning activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert L&D advice and guidance to identify learning needs and source/develop effective L&D solutions.
• Provide support via consultation using analytical/advisory skills for complex L&D issues per policies.
• Model The Salvation Army's Christian ethos and values in all L&D activities.
