Job summary

SF Partners is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist/Trainer to join an established team across multiple UK locations in a varied, hands-on role. The role focuses on management and leadership development and a broader training remit including people management, customer service and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Identify development needs across multiple sites and translate them into practical learning solutions
• Deliver engaging training and facilitate sessions, including leadership development
• Collaborate with managers across locations to drive learning delivery and impact
• Support the ongoing development of the L&D offering and learning materials
• Travel to UK sites as required to deliver training and engage stakeholders

We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development / Training professional to join an established team in a varied, hands-on role. This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys being out in the business, working with people and delivering engaging training. You'll work closely with managers and employees across multiple locations, helping to identify development needs and turning them into practical learning that makes a difference.

A key focus will be management and leadership development, alongside wider training across areas such as people management, customer service and difficult conversations. You'll also have the opportunity to influence how learning is delivered, identify skills gaps and support the continued development of the wider L&D offering.

We're looking for someone with solid L&D or training experience, who is confident facilitating face-to-face sessions, comfortable engaging stakeholders at different levels and happy travelling to other UK locations when required.
