Job summary

Together for Mental Wellbeing is seeking a highly organised People Development Officer to coordinate learning activities, administer the LMS and support managers and colleagues across the organisation.

You will maintain data in the LMS and HRIS, provide guidance on processes, and deliver targeted local learning support. The role sits within the Learning and Development team and contributes to accessible, effective training aligned with organisational priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HRIS or LMS systems.
• Coordinate learning and development processes in a busy environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage large amounts of information.
• Ability to analyse data and report on learning/workforce metrics.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate L&D activities, LMS governance and reporting.
• Schedule and manage learning sessions via MS Teams/Zoom, send invites and certificates.
• Liaise with providers, manage calendars and attendance, and assist managers with LMS/HRIS guidance.
• Create management information reports, identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement and compliance.
• Support trainers and learners with LMS access and resources.
