Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Learning & Development System Manager on a 9-month fixed-term basis to lead the management, development and continuous improvement of the Trust's LMS.
You will ensure accurate reporting, data quality and system improvements across L&D and HR, working with IT and operations to support workforce development and patient care.
This role is offered on a fixed term/secondment basis for 9 months. The hours are part-time, 30 hours per week.

We are looking for a Learning & Development System Manager to join our Learning & Development team on a 9-month fixed-term basis for maternity cover to lead the management, development and continuous improvement of the Trust's Learning Management System (LMS).
In this key role, you will be the Trust's subject matter expert for learning systems, ensuring the LMS provides accurate, reliable and accessible information to support learning, compliance and workforce development across an organisation of approximately 5,000 staff. You will lead on reporting, data quality, system improvements and upgrades, working closely with colleagues across Learning & Development, HR, Workforce, IT and operational services to ensure our systems meet business needs and support excellent patient care.
