Job summary

CDE Group in Belfast is seeking a proactive People & Development Officer to join our Talent team. This role combines HR generalist duties with a specialist focus on Learning & Development and people processes across the employee lifecycle.

You will coordinate training, manage the LMS, support PDRs, and help employees grow and reach their potential while collaborating with managers and HR colleagues. This is a hands-on role with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience providing HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Knowledge of learning & development needs and delivery.
• Strong collaboration with managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of training and development activities.
• Administer and maintain the LMS, ensure accurate records.
• Support Personal Development Review (PDR) processes.
• Assist with onboarding and induction programmes for new starters.
• Support payroll and benefits administration tasks.
• Prepare HR documents and maintain employee records.
• Provide first-line HR guidance and respond to policy queries.
• Organise company events and engagement initiatives.
• Promote continuous learning and culture of improvement.
