Job summary

The Growth Company is seeking an experienced Learning and Organisational Development Manager to join our HR team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead the delivery of learning, talent, leadership development and change initiatives that strengthen capability, engagement, and performance across the organisation.

You will foster a collaborative and high-performing culture, enabling your team to deliver high-quality services that support organisational priorities.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification and relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience leading organisational development, learning and change projects.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Strong project management, reporting and compliance with employment law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of organisational development, culture change and learning initiatives aligned to the Corporate Plan and People Delivery Plan.
• Drive a high-performance culture through talent management, succession planning, leadership development, continuous improvement and inclusive people practices.
• Design and implement learning and development strategies, frameworks and annual plans that support organisational and colleague growth.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, managers and stakeholders to deliver strategic people projects and organisational change programmes.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS), talent and performance management systems, ensuring they are effectively maintained and optimised.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, project outcomes and organisational development activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead external accreditations, people standards and best practice initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Manage the Learning and Organisational Development budget, contracts and external partnerships to deliver value for money and high-quality outcomes.
• Credible and influential, with the confidence to engage, support and challenge senior leaders.
• Passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture.
• Driven by continuous improvement and the delivery of meaningful organisational change.
