• Experience in Learning & Development, Training or Talent Development.
• Experience with construction or fast-paced operational environments is a plus.
• Strong facilitation skills with in-person and virtual delivery.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and updates learning solutions aligned to business needs.
• Delivers behavioural, leadership and management programmes face-to-face and virtually.
• Coordinates learning logistics and programme administration.
• Supports LMS implementation, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Maintains accurate learning records and MI for reporting.
