Job summary

Careys is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist on an 18-month fixed-term contract to design, deliver and coordinate engaging learning programmes across our business. You will work with operational teams to translate needs into practical, impactful learning experiences and support the LMS implementation and adoption.

The role requires strong facilitation, content design and stakeholder management, with a focus on leadership and operational development in a fast-paced construction

Qualifications

• Experience delivering learning programmes across leadership and operational development.
• Experience designing and developing engaging learning content and resources.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance learning solutions aligned to business needs.
• Deliver behavioural, leadership and management development programmes face-to-face and virtually.
• Coordinate learning logistics, systems, reporting and LMS adoption.
