A leading financial services provider is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist for a 12-month interim contract. This hybrid role is based in Newbury and focuses on enhancing employee experience through effective learning interventions. Responsibilities include partnering with HR, supporting leadership development, and optimising learning processes. The ideal candidate has proven experience in delivering learning solutions and excellent communication skills. A salary of up to £34,500 is offered, with community-focused values and opportunities for volunteering.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of working in a proactive partnering capacity with customers.
  • Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of designing, developing, and delivering learning and development solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with HR Manager to allocate and utilise budget resources effectively.
  • Support managers in building leadership and coaching capability.
  • Follow up and progress the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
