Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to join the People Team in Ringwood. You will work with care home managers and staff to identify development needs, deliver engaging training, and evaluate impact. Regular home visits and hands-on coaching are required to ensure relevant, accessible learning.

You will travel between our homes, support compliance, grow teams, and implement learning in real time. A flexible schedule includes occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering learning solutions across multiple homes.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with care home managers.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and evaluation of training impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify development needs with care home managers and teams.
• Deliver engaging training, including e-learning, and measure outcomes.
• Lead L&D projects and create resources for ongoing staff development.
• Travel between Colten Care homes to provide coaching and support.
