Zusammenfassung

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver comprehensive training across our North West network and beyond. You will coordinate mandatory topics and advanced subjects, support induction, and drive champion programmes to uphold care quality.

You will also manage e-learning guidance, maintain records and ensure standards align with Skills for Care and CQC requirements, while staying true to Kingsley’s people-first ethos.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in delivering care-related training across varied subjects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in care (Skills for Care, CQC).
• Compassionate and empathetic with ability to engage diverse learners.
• Confident using Word, Excel and PowerPoint to develop materials.
• Flexible to travel between sites as required.
• Experience in designing new course content.

Aufgaben

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses across sites.
• Deliver high-quality training to Kingsley Healthcare employees at multiple sites.
• Conduct learner assessments ensuring outcomes meet standards.
• Support induction training for new homes and employees.
• Lead Champion programmes to support home champions to standards.
• Maintain accurate training records and adapt to operational needs.
• Provide guidance on the e-learning system and troubleshooting.
• Keep training content aligned with best practices and Kingsley ethos.
