Qualifications

• Experience delivering care-related training across a range of subjects.
• Design and deliver training programmes to multiple sites.
• Knowledge of Skills for Care and CQC expectations.
• L3 Award in Education and Training is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of training courses, including safeguarding, moving and assisting, first aid, dementia care and MCA.
• Deliver training to groups across multiple sites with high quality.
• Conduct learner assessments and ensure outcomes meet standards.
• Support induction training for new homes and employees, ensuring consistent delivery.
• Lead Champion programmes and maintain training records.
• Provide guidance on the e-learning system and keep content up to date.
