Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to shape learning experiences across our care homes. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training, with regular travel to sites to coach teams and ensure compliant, high-quality care.

You will partner with care home managers and the regional Learning and Development Advisor to deliver impactful learning and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify development needs and plan learning solutions.
• Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead L&D projects and develop tailored learning resources.
• Deliver engaging training solutions and evaluate impact on practice.
