Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology in Oxfordshire seeks a Learning & Development Intern to support L&D projects, coordinate Early Careers activities at Magnet Technology, and contribute to factory projects such as Multi Site Operation and Future Vision. Based mainly at Bicester with time at Eynsham, you will join a team responsible for inductions and internal training programmes.

The 12-month Intern Development Programme will build skills in communication, teamwork and commercial awareness

Qualifications

• You will be an undergraduate student completing a 12-month industrial placement or sandwich year as part of your degree.
• Interest in Learning & Development, HR or developing people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoy working with a range of people.
• Organised with attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Learning & Development projects and initiatives across the business.
• Help develop and coordinate Early Careers activities at Magnet Technology.
• Contribute to key factory projects, including ‘Multi Site Operation’ and ‘Future Vision’.
• Coordinate and record internal training activities, including new starter inductions, as a central point of contact for training programmes.
• Support Corporate Social Responsibility activities and take ownership of initiatives and events.
• Help create and coordinate effective internal communications across the business.
