Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology in Oxfordshire invites an undergraduate student for a 12-month industrial placement in Learning & Development. You will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of L&D activities and support ongoing training for our workforce.

You will be based mainly at our Bicester site, with opportunities to spend time at Eynsham. Eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the internship is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Learning & Development projects and initiatives across the business.
• Help develop and coordinate Early Careers activities at Magnet Technology.
• Contribute to key factory projects, including 'Multi Site Operation' and 'Future Vision'.
• Coordinate and record internal training activities, including new starter inductions, and act as a central point of contact for our internal training programmes.
• Support Corporate Social Responsibility activities and take ownership of initiatives and events.
• Help create and coordinate effective internal communications across the business.
