Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology in Oxfordshire is offering an Operations Training & Development Intern to join our growing team at the new Bicester facility. You will coordinate training activities, help develop materials and support inductions to ensure readiness for the factory.

Qualifikationen

• Undergrad student completing a 12‑month industrial placement or sandwich year.
• Open to students from any degree discipline.
• Interest in manufacturing and developing people through learning and development.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate internal training activities—sessions, logistics, attendance, records and skills matrix.
• Help develop and update training materials for manufacturing processes, quality standards and safety.
• Support new starter inductions and respond to training queries.
• Assist readiness for the new Bicester facility and increased training activity during the transition.
• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant learning activities with teams.
• Share training updates and operational information across colleagues.
