Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology in Oxfordshire is offering an Operations Training & Development Internship to support the ramp-up of our new manufacturing facility in Bicester. You will work across Operations, Engineering, Quality and HR to coordinate and deliver training for manufacturing teams.

This 12-month placement welcomes undergraduates from any discipline with an interest in manufacturing learning and development.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree with genuine interest in manufacturing learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal training activities across Operations, Engineering, Quality and HR.
• Organise logistics, track attendance, maintain training records and our skills matrix.
• Develop and update training materials to support manufacturing processes, quality standards and safety.
• Support new starter inductions and day-to-day training queries.
• Assist preparations for the new Bicester facility and scalable training activity.
• Communicate training updates and relevant information across teams.
