Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology in Oxfordshire is offering a 12-month Industrial Placement as a Learning & Development Intern. You will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of L&D activities.

You’ll support ongoing training and development, coordinate learning initiatives, and contribute to Corporate Social Responsibility projects and wider business programmes. You’ll work with a diverse team and develop practical skills for your career.

Qualifications

• Interest in Learning & Development, HR or developing people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using IT and working with data.
• Proactive, team-focused, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Learning & Development projects and initiatives across the business.
• Help develop and coordinate Early Careers activities at Magnet Technology.
• Contribute to key new factory projects, including Multi Site Operation and Future Vision.
• Coordinate and record internal training activities, including new starter inductions.
• Support Corporate Social Responsibility activities and take ownership of initiatives and events.
• Help create and coordinate effective internal communications across the business.
