Job summary

Greiner Group in Northern Ireland is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support growth and development across the business. You will plan and coordinate training, manage learning systems, and contribute to a positive learning culture while ensuring compliance.

Working with managers and colleagues, you will handle onboarding, funding applications, and ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance both employee experience and business performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of learning and development experience within a business.
• Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate annual Learning & Development plans aligned to business needs.
• Support managers in statutory, mandatory, and compliance training requirements.
• Coordinate and administer training programmes with scheduling and venue arrangements.
• Manage training records and Learning Management Systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Support competency management and maintain training matrices (SuccessFactors).
• Administer online learning platforms and monitor training completion.
• Deliver People & Culture inductions and support onboarding activities.
• Manage training-related funding applications and claims.
• Provide training data and documentation for audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and employee experience.
