Job summary

NEVEON in Northern Ireland is seeking a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to drive the training strategy, coordinate programs, and support onboarding across the business. You will partner with managers to ensure compliance and foster a culture of continuous learning.

The role requires 1+ year in L&D, proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and experience in manufacturing/FMCG. Power BI skills are a plus, with a 35-hour week and a salary of £27,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of learning and development experience in a business/organisation.
• Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred.
• Working towards a learning and development qualification.
• Power BI experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate annual Learning & Development plans aligned to business needs.
• Support managers in statutory, mandatory, and compliance training.
• Coordinate and administer training programmes including scheduling and venue arrangements.
• Manage training records and the Learning Management System ensuring data accuracy.
• Support competency management and maintain training matrices (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Administer online learning platforms and monitor training completion.
• Deliver People & Culture inductions and support onboarding activities.
• Manage training-related funding applications and claims.
• Provide training data and documentation for audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and the employee experience.
