Greiner AG in the United Kingdom (Northern Ireland) is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support growth through coordinating training and development across the business. You will plan and organise learning activities, manage learning systems and records, support onboarding, and contribute to a positive learning culture within the People & Culture team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of learning and development experience in a business/organisation.
• Proficient IT skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate annual Learning & Development plans aligned to business needs.
• Support managers in statutory, mandatory and compliance training requirements.
• Coordinate and administer training programmes including scheduling, communications and venue arrangements.
• Manage training records and LMS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Support competency management and maintain training matrices within SuccessFactors.
• Administer online learning platforms and monitor training completion.
• Deliver People & Culture inductions and support onboarding activities.
• Manage training-related funding applications and claims; provide data for audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and employee experience.
