Job summary

KBS Maritime Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to support learning, development and early careers across the business.

You will coordinate programmes, maintain learning systems and records, and provide high-quality admin support to ensure staff can access and complete opportunities, while partnering with managers and external partners to drive capability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative, coordination, or business support role.
• Experience supporting Learning & Development, Training, Talent, HR would be advantageous.
• Confident in using LMS or similar systems to manage learning activities and maintain records with high accuracy.
• Skilled in producing reports, dashboards using Power BI, Excel or similar tools.
• Experience creating process documents and guidance materials with attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills coordinating meetings, events, programmes or projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and training programmes and activities.
• Maintain learning systems and records with high accuracy.
• Provide administrative and operational support to enable access to learning opportunities.
• Support learning needs analysis and skills gap activities to build capability.
• Ensure learning programmes are delivered professionally and in line with business standards.
• Collaborate with managers, employees and external partners.
