Job summary

Guardian Jobs is seeking a highly organised Training Coordinator to support and grow its Learning and Training function. You will manage the LMS, coordinate courses and programmes, assist trainers and clients, and help ensure a smooth delivery of public workshops and in-house training.

You will hear issues from members, troubleshoot, and drive improvements, working as part of a close-knit Learning team within Commercial Operations.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong admin and communication skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is advantageous.
• Excellent IT skills with ability to learn new systems and processes.
• Proactive, organised and able to take ownership.
