Job summary

GTR is seeking a highly organised Leadership and Management Development Co-ordinator to support delivery of leadership programmes and corporate induction. You will coordinate activities, manage learner records, and help improve our digital learning platforms.

You will act as a key point of contact for learning enquiries, produce reports, and maintain strong relationships with managers and learners to ensure a high-quality development experience across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate corporate induction, onboarding for new managers, and leadership programmes.
• Be the main contact for learning and development enquiries.
• Manage programme administration, communications, schedules, room bookings, and learner records.
• Support administration and improvement of digital learning platforms.
• Produce reports and analyse feedback and data for continuous improvement.
• Assist with financial administration, including processing supplier payments.
• Build positive relationships with managers, facilitators and participants.
• Ensure a high-quality, professional learning experience for all participants.
