Job summary

NHS Orkney is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Organisational Learning and Development team. You will support colleagues and trainers in using TURAS Learn, coordinate induction training and create training itineraries for new starts.

You will handle administrative tasks, generate and distribute LMS reports, act as first point of contact for enquiries, and work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to manage workload within approved procedures.

Qualifications

• Support colleagues and trainers to use TURAS Learn and resolve queries.
• Coordinate and schedule induction training for new starts and create training itineraries.
• Undertake administration including ordering, invoicing, electronic rostering and monitoring team inboxes.
• Extract, collate and distribute reports from TURAS Learn.
• Act as a first point of contact for enquiries and direct colleagues to support.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues and trainers to use TURAS Learn and resolve queries.
• Coordinate and schedule induction training for new starts, creating training itineraries and welcoming staff during their induction programme
• Undertake a range of administrative duties, including ordering and invoicing, electronic rostering and monitoring team inboxes
• Extract, collate and distribute reports from our Learning Management System (TURAS Learn)
• Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, answering calls and directing colleagues to the appropriate support
