NHS Orkney is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join the Organisational Learning and Development team at NHS Orkney. The role involves assisting colleagues and trainers with TURAS Learn, coordinating induction training, and handling a range of administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will manage reports from TURAS Learn, respond to enquiries, and work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Organisational Learning and Development team at NHS Orkney.
You will manage your own workload within agreed procedures while working closely with the wider team. The role involves frequent contact with colleagues across clinical and non-clinical services, so you will need to communicate confidently, handle information carefully and respond calmly when plans or priorities change.

This post is Fixed-Term for 12 months due to the substantive postholders return from secondment leave
It is a condition of this employment that you must live and remain a resident within the UK for the post in which you will be employed with NHS Orkney.
