Job summary

NHS Orkney is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join the Organisational Learning and Development team at NHS Orkney. The role involves assisting colleagues and trainers with TURAS Learn, coordinating induction training, and handling a range of administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will manage reports from TURAS Learn, respond to enquiries, and work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and able to navigate resources
• Strong administrative and data handling capabilities
• Good communication and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues and trainers to use TURAS Learn and resolve queries
• Coordinate and schedule induction training for new starts
• Undertake administrative duties including ordering, invoicing, electronic rostering and inbox monitoring
• Extract, collate and distribute reports from TURAS Learn
• Act as first point of contact for enquiries and direct colleagues to support
