DJH is seeking a Learning & Development Co-ordinator based out of Bexley. The role sits within the L&D department and involves coordinating learning calendars, supporting learners, and working with tutors and managers across the group.

It’s a fast-paced environment offering growth opportunities in a forward-thinking firm. The position requires organisational strengths and a proactive approach, with experience in accountancy apprenticeship frameworks or similar desirable.

Qualificações

• Be an organised individual who will help take learning and development to the next level.
• Be familiar with accountancy apprenticeship framework or similar; previous experience as an Assessor/Talent or Skills Coach would be desirable.
• Love getting to know people and cultivating long-lasting relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the go-to person for Learning and Development queries, providing prompt and insightful responses to ensure a supportive learning environment.
• Take the lead on confidently coordinating the academic and training calendars across the group.
• Manage the exam schedule for learners, actively monitoring progress and planning for upcoming exams.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of learners, engaging in regular meetings with their tutors and managers every six weeks.
• Report on feedback to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to support the Early Careers function.
• Partner with the Head of Learning and Development to refine and update processes for a smooth experience.
