Job summary

Humankind Global Recruitment in London is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join a boutique consultancy with a global presence. The role focuses on logistics and systems within the Learning team, providing support across virtual and in-person training delivery.

You will manage LMS, reporting, and stakeholder communications, helping ensure timely delivery and quality learning experiences on a global scale.

Responsibilities

The Role

We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join the growing team of a boutique consultancy based in London but with a global presence. They are specialists in HR, L&D, Financial and Procurement consulting and need someone to play a key role in the L&D department supporting on both the logistics and systems within the Learning team.

In this role you will sit right at the centre of the L&D function, supporting the team and keep delivery tight. This will include:

• Coordinating logistics for training sessions (virtual & in-person)
• Feeding updates, data and insights into the L&D Specialists
• Maintaining the SuccessFactors Learning Management System platform
• Downloading and collating reports from survey tools
• Managing team inboxes, calendars, joining instructions & comms
• Maintain and updated learner guides and documentation
• Keeping stakeholders honest on deadlines and actions
