Job summary

Orchard is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our London-based team. The role is hybrid and permanent, focusing on delivering great learning experiences across clients worldwide.

You will support on logistics, maintain the SuccessFactors LMS, and produce insights from training data, helping the L&D team stay aligned with schedules and goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person training sessions

Learning and Development Coordinator

The Role

We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join the growing team of a boutique consultancy based in London but with a global presence. They are specialists in HR, L&D, Financial and Procurement consulting and need someone to play a key role in the L&D department supporting on both the logistics and systems within the Learning team.

In this role you will sit right at the centre of the L&D function, supporting the team and keep delivery tight. This will include:

• Coordinating logistics for training sessions (virtual & in-person)
• Feeding updates, data and insights into the L&D Specialists
• Maintaining the SuccessFactors Learning Management System platform
• Downloading and collating reports from survey tools
• Managing team inboxes, calendars, joining instructions & comms
• Maintain and updated learner guides and documentation
• Keeping stakeholders honest on deadlines and actions

The Successful L&D Coordinator will have…

• Previous experience in a similar role in Learning and Development

• Confident communicator
