Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects across productivity, quality, efficiency and cost performance.
• Facilitate workshops and map processes to identify waste and improvement opportunities.
• Develop business cases and project plans, track performance and deliver outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders across levels to drive change and sustain improvements.
• Support delivery of key operational and strategic objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
