Talantir is seeking a Learning Content Manager / Product Specialist to own and evolve learning content across global academy programmes, with a focus on quality, structure and effectiveness within an Early Careers portfolio.

The role is content-focused within the Early Careers product team, reporting to the Learning Product Lead, and requires managing content across platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to keep materials current and aligned with business priorities.

• Owner of learning content across the portfolio, ensuring materials remain accurate and up to date.
• Manage the learning content roadmap and backlog with stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain content on the Degreed platform, ensuring pathways and materials remain accurate and well-structured.
• Monitor metrics and usage data to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Centralise reporting across programmes, tracking performance metrics and learner feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Own the overall health and quality of learning content across the Early Careers and onboarding portfolio.
• Manage the content roadmap and backlog, coordinating updates, approvals, and version control.
• Maintain and optimise content within the Degreed learning platform, ensuring pathways and materials remain accurate and well-structured.
• Monitor learning metrics and usage data to identify content gaps, engagement trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Centralise reporting across programmes, tracking performance metrics, learner feedback, and satisfaction levels.
• Work across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure content aligns with business changes and programme objectives.
