Randstad Technologies Recruitment partners with a global leader in consumer electronics to hire a Content Operations Specialist for their European Headquarters in Chertsey. The role is hybrid, 2x per week onsite, offering £140/day inside IR35 under a 3-month contract with a strong renewal potential through year-end 2026.

You will bridge content creation and platform execution, ensuring training materials are accessible to technical and customer service teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of LMS administration or content operations experience.
• Strong organization and content pipeline management.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Able to work with distributed teams across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: Manage day-to-day LMS operations, including course uploads, user pathways, catalogues, and access control.
• Content Lifecycle: Oversee the intake, QA, localization, publishing, and archiving of digital training assets.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track platform engagement, completion rates, and user drop-offs to provide actionable data insights.
• Project Support: Administer digital badging (Credly) and help roll out a multi-market eLearning Accreditation Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Administration: Manage day-to-day LMS operations, including course uploads, user pathways, catalogues, and access control.
• Content Lifecycle: Oversee the intake, QA, localization, publishing, and archiving of digital training assets.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track platform engagement, completion rates, and user drop-offs to provide actionable data insights.

What We're Looking For:
