Job summary

Talantir is seeking an E-Learning Content Developer to design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning experiences. You will work with SMEs and HR to create interactive modules, quizzes, and activities using Storyline, Captivate, and Rise.

On-site in London, Manchester, Birmingham, or Leeds, you will ensure accessibility and effectiveness across courses. You will apply adult learning principles, incorporate multimedia, and maintain content within the LMS, staying current with e-learning

Qualifications

• Design and develop e-learning modules, videos, quizzes, and interactive activities.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance content.
• Work with SMEs, HR, and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content accuracy.
• Review and test e-learning content for functionality, usability, and accessibility compliance.
• Upload, manage, and maintain courses within the LMS; troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning content including modules, videos and quizzes.
• Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
• Incorporate media and accessibility best practices into courses.
