Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is recruiting an experienced Training & Development Manager to own learning, onboarding and development across a growing professional services business. Hybrid/Remote working is available, with regional travel to Leicester, Salisbury, Bolton, Bristol and London.

You will design and deliver induction programmes, manage the training calendar, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with managers to close skills gaps and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programmes.
• Experience supporting onboarding and employee development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial services or pensions experience would be highly desirable.

You MUST have classroom training experience, drive a car with a UK licence and be able to travel regionally, including Leicester,Salisbury,Bolton, Bristol and London.

We're recruiting for an experienced Training & Development Manager to take ownership of learning, onboarding and development across a growing professional services business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, creating engaging training programmes and working closely with managers to identify skills gaps and improve performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Financial services or pensions experience would be highly desirable
• A proactive approach with a genuine passion for developing people
