Purpose of the role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team at our Head Office in Solihull (B37 7YB), with UK travel required. You will be responsible for delivering our training strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee growth across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs, manage training requests, support L&D strategy implementation, design and deliver leadership programs, evaluate training effectiveness, manage relationships with training providers, support apprenticeship and graduate programs, and maintain training records and systems.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development, proven experience in L&D roles, strong understanding of the learning cycle and talent development, excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems, experience managing multiple projects, knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and funding, with construction or industrial sector experience as an advantage.
Package Description
