Purpose of the role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team at our Solihull Head Office (B37 7YB), with UK travel required. You will lead our training strategy, ensure compliance, and support our employees' growth at all levels.
This role offers an opportunity to influence learning initiatives, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and enhance our capability and career development programs.
Main Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize training needs with business leaders, manage training requests, support L&D strategy implementation, design and deliver leadership programs, evaluate training effectiveness, manage relationships with training providers, support apprenticeship and graduate programs, and maintain training matrices aligned with our Learning Management System while improving L&D processes and policies.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development, proven experience in a consultative or specialist L&D role, strong understanding of the full learning cycle and talent development, excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems, and experience managing multiple projects. Knowledge of apprenticeships, funding, and industry standards is desirable. Experience in construction or industrial sectors is a plus.
