Purpose of the role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team at our Head Office in Solihull, B37 7YB, with UK travel required. You will be responsible for delivering our training strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting growth across all levels of the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize training needs, manage training requests, support L&D strategy implementation, design and deliver bespoke leadership programs, evaluate training effectiveness, manage relationships with training providers, support apprenticeship and graduate programs, and maintain training matrices aligned with our Learning Management System.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development, proven experience in a consultative L&D role, strong understanding of the full learning cycle, excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems, experience managing multiple projects, knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and funding, and industry training standards. Experience in construction or industrial sectors is a plus.
Package Description
We offer a salary between £33,000 and £37,000 (dependent on experience), plus a company car or allowance, pension scheme contributions up to 10%, life assurance at 4x salary, 25 days annual leave plus public holidays, holiday purchase/selling schemes, hybrid working, funded professional qualifications, ongoing development, and employee discounts.
