Job summary

The Learning Foundry, part of The Regenda Group, is seeking an Information, Advice and Guidance coordinator to recruit learners onto AEB and Study programmes. You will deliver high-quality IAG to help individuals enrol on relevant training and reach their full potential.

You will promote programmes, raise The Learning Foundry's profile in Liverpool City Region, and signpost to external provision where needed. Hybrid working in Liverpool city centre is offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a similar field / role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
• Able to communicate highly complex information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and external partners.
• Desirable IAG Level 3 qualification.
• English Level 2 and Maths Level 2.
• Driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Recruit learners onto AEB and Study programmes.
• Provide high quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG).
• Support learners to enrol and achieve their training goals.
• Promote programmes and raise The Learning Foundry's profile in Liverpool City Region.
