Job summary

Access Education Group in Bristol is seeking a dedicated Learner Services Advisor to support learners throughout their educational journey. You will be the first point of contact, guiding enrolment, course information and progression with a focus on high-needs funded learners.

The role involves induction, records management, and collaboration with academic and admin teams to ensure compliant, smooth learner experiences and effective signposting to extra support services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a learner support, student services, or similar advisory role within education.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent grammar.
• Experience with admin tasks, data handling, and safeguarding knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide learner guidance and support on enrolment, course information, and progression.
• Deliver specialist support for learners with EHCPs and high-needs funding.
• Assist with induction and onboarding for new learners.
