Access Creative College in Bristol is seeking a Learner Services Advisor to be the welcoming hub of the campus. You will run the reception, help learners with enrolment and progression, and provide essential support to those with EHCPs.

This role focuses on front‑of‑house operations, safeguarding awareness, and accurate record keeping, with opportunities to support learning and access services across campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house reception, admin or learner support.
• Familiarity with EHCP processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage campus reception and serve as main contact for learners, staff and visitors.
• Provide learner guidance on enrolment, progression and services, with emphasis on EHCP support.
• Maintain accurate learner records and assist with regulatory/compliance tasks.
