Paragon Skills in Bristol seeks an Enrolment Support Advisor to guide learners and employers from enquiry to apprenticeship start. You will manage registrations, coordinate enrolment sessions and ensure regulatory compliance while driving successful starts.

The role focuses on customer service, accuracy and achieving enrolment targets within a supportive, inclusive team environment near Origin Workspace in Bristol.

Qualificações

• GCSE English and Maths (A-C or equivalent).
• Level 2 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification or be willing to work towards it.
• Experience in apprenticeships, education, recruitment, admissions, sales support or target-driven customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-enrolment service for learners and employers through the registration and onboarding process.
• Contact prospective learners and employers to progress applications and convert bookings into starts.
• Book learners and employers onto induction and enrolment sessions via a central diary.
