Job summary

Access Education Group in London is seeking a dedicated Learner Services Advisor to support learners across their educational journey. You will be the first point of contact, providing guidance on course information, enrolment, and progression, with a focus on high needs funded learners.

Qualifications

• Experience in learner support or student services within education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport.
• Excellent organisation with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to learners on courses, enrolment and progression.
• Maintain accurate learner records and update databases in line with data protection standards.
• Assist with induction processes and help learners access resources and support services.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to support learner needs.
• Signpost learners to counselling, financial advice, and careers guidance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learner services through feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and funding requirements through accurate record-keeping.
• Provide specialist support to EHCP learners as needed.
