A leading educational institution is looking for a motivated individual to provide administrative support within the Learner Services Team. This part-time role entails assisting students with enrolment, handling minor IT issues, and connecting them to available resources. Ideal candidates will have experience in a retail or office environment, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy Learner Services Team in providing administrative support to various Programme Areas across college and supporting students with enrolment, minor IT issues, accessing resources and signposting to other support services at the college.
Requirements: You will already have experience in a retail or office environment and should have a keen interest in working with people. You should have an eye for detail and great communication and administrative skills.
