Job summary

Confidential is seeking an enthusiastic Learner Enrolment and Admissions Coordinator to welcome learners and ensure a smooth enrolment experience. You will travel across training centres and deliver enrolment sessions with a strong focus on compliance and outstanding customer service.

The role combines customer service, administration, and travel, requiring a confident, outgoing personality and the ability to build relationships with learners and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing or admissions roles is desirable.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and confidence speaking to individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and inducting new learners at enrolment sessions.
• Delivering engaging presentations to groups of course attendees.
• Checking eligibility documentation and verifying learner information.
• Carrying out initial assessments and reviewing learner documentation.
• Providing Information, Advice and Guidance to prospective learners.
• Answering learner queries face-to-face and over the phone.
• Liaising with internal recruitment teams to coordinate enrolment schedules.
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate learner records.
• Ensuring all compliance and funding evidence is complete and audit-ready.
• Supporting external audits and quality assurance processes.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the learner journey.
