Job summary

QA Ltd is seeking an onboarding officer to enrol learners onto apprenticeships. The role is hybrid, working with learners, employers and internal teams to ensure accurate enrolment and smooth progression from application to start date.

You will manage a caseload, conduct enrolment calls, explain the journey clearly, and ensure all documents are submitted in line with regulations. The role emphasises accuracy, excellent stakeholder communication, and a positive onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding or customer service roles.
• Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy.
• Experience in Apprenticeships or Education (Desired)

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of learners and guide each through onboarding from application to start date.
• Conduct enrolment calls with eligible learners and their employers.
• Explain the Apprenticeship journey clearly and set expectations.
• Submit required documentation accurately and on time to compliance standards.
• Maintain high data accuracy to achieve a strong first-time-right rate.
• Deliver a first-class onboarding experience to learners and stakeholders.
• Escalate risks to the Operations Team Leader for mitigation.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure clear, regular communication.
