Job summary

Oaklands College is seeking a passionate Learner Engagement Executive – Professional Training to support adult learners from first enquiry through to successful completion. You will guide learners, coordinate enrolments, and ensure compliance with funding and audit requirements, while building strong relationships with partners and employers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing learner enrolments and acting as the primary contact for learners throughout their journey.
• Experience supporting educational or training provision, ideally including learner record management and funding returns.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and learner support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and management of learner enrolments, ensuring applications and onboarding are completed efficiently and in line with funding rules.
• Maintain accurate learner records and support funding returns and audit readiness.
• Build relationships with learners, employers, referral partners, and internal teams to widen participation and provide ongoing support.
